Initially I will speak to you over the telephone to discuss your or your child's needs, this is free of charge. Once I have all the relevant information and it is agreed that counselling or play therapy is appropriate I will meet with you for an initial assessment so you can see the room, get a sense of who I am and ask any questions you may have.

For play therapy we will discuss your child and the nature of their difficulties, your family and family history. I will ask you to fill in a strengths and difficulties questionnaire 
I will carry out a review meeting with you at the 8 week point to discuss your child's progress, your thoughts and feelings and to answer any questions you may have.
I will carry out an end meeting with you to discuss your child's progress and I will provide you with an end report.
